Following God's Breadcrumbs

EJDH Enterprises, LLC · followinggodsbreadcrumbs.org · Effective October 6, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect through followinggodsbreadcrumbs.org and The Crumb Trail, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to EJDH Enterprises, LLC, which operates this website and the Following God's Breadcrumbs brand.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a free consultation call, we collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number. We also collect the answers you choose to give about what brings you here, which program interests you, how familiar you are with the Breadcrumbs Method, what you hope to gain, when you would like to begin, whether you are in a position to invest in a guided program, your preferred way and time to be reached, how you heard about us, and your consent choices.

When you sign up for our email list or download a free guide, such as The First Breadcrumb, we collect your email address, your name, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number. When you email or call us, we keep the messages you send.

When you make a purchase from us, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our website host collects standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This information helps us understand how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and prepare for your consultation call, and decide together with you which program, if any, fits your needs. We use it to deliver the guides and updates you ask for, and, if you opt in, to send you news about the Breadcrumb Workshop, the Trailblazers cohort, and new content. We also use it to improve our website and content, to keep records, to protect against spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Calls and Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your consultation request, including to schedule your call and to follow up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP.

We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

4. Personal Details You Choose to Share

Some people tell us about a loss, a caregiving season, or another personal circumstance when they request a call. We use those details only to prepare for your call and to serve you well. We will not share your story publicly or use it in our content without your permission.

The consultation call is a conversation about fit. It is not counseling, therapy, or medical advice, and what you share is not protected by therapist-client confidentiality or by HIPAA. Please do not put medical records, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers into our forms.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our work, and only as much as they need to do their jobs. These include Squarespace, which hosts our website; Formspree, which receives and delivers your form submissions to us; Mailchimp, which manages our email list and sends our emails; Google and YouTube, which host our videos; and Stripe, which processes payments. These providers have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website host uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to measure how it is used. Videos embedded from YouTube may also set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking some of them may affect how the site works.

We also have pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. When you visit or interact with those pages, the platforms collect information under their own privacy policies. We do not currently use tracking pixels or advertising tools from these platforms on our website to collect information about you. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including keeping you on our email list until you unsubscribe, and for as long as the law requires us to keep certain records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. You can stop text messages by replying STOP. You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing us at the address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We honor those requests as required by law, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including relying on established providers for our website, forms, and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and content are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to Other Sites

Our site and videos link to other platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Etsy. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
